循证护理在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病手术后的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病手术后的应用。方法提出问题,针对问题查阅相关资料和文献,寻求实证,制定护理计划。结果 55例盆底功能障碍性疾病术后患者在住院期间均无并发症发生,顺利出院。结论应用科学的循证护理方法,可减少并发症发生,保障患者安全,促进疾病康复,提高工作质量和患者生活质量。Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in the postoperative treatment of female patients with pelvic floor dysfunctional disease.Methods Firstly questions were proposed,and then nursing program was formulated according to the related materials,literatures and demonstrations.Results After operation,none of 55 patients with pelvic floor dysfunctional disease had adverse reactions during hospitalization.Conclusion Application of scientific evidence-based nursing can reduce the occurrence of complications,protect the safety of patients,promote the rehabilitation and improve the quality of nursing work and the quality of life of patients.
