摘  要:目的:建立血液透析器不良事件故障树模型,从而为血液透析器这类高值耗材不良事件的可追溯性分析提供理论指导与参考。方法:收集上海市2家三级甲等医院血液透析室2012年6月至8月血液透析器使用情况数据,并结合相关理论知识与实际经验,应用故障树分析(FTA)法进行血液透析器的风险分析。结果:故障树模型能较全面地描述各类透析器的不良事件。结论:建立血液透析器不良事件故障树模型,能为开展血液透析器不良事件的可追溯性质量控制提供参考依据,提高了管理效率,促进风险管理活动的展开。Objective To establish the fault tree model of dialyzer adverse events in order to provide a theoretical guide and reference for traceability analysis of adverse events in high-value consumables such as dialyzers.Methods Fault Tree Analysis(FTA) method was used in risk analysis of dialyzers through collecting adverse events occurring in two hospitals' blood purification departments in Shanghai from June 2012 to August 2012,with theoretical knowledge and practical experience combined.Results The various types of dialyzers adverse events could be described comprehensively by the fault tree model.Conclusion The establishment of dialyzer adverse events analysis model can provide a reference for the traceability of quality control,also can improve management efficiency and promote the commencement of the risk management activities.
