高低压两用舱穿舱线的改进研究

摘　　要：目的:为了满足高海拔潜水实验过程中对各项生理数据采集的要求,对高低压两用舱的穿舱线进行技术改造。方法:对实验所需的3条穿舱线分别使用2种方法进行改造,一种方法是对仪器随机数据线进行改造并通过对数据线密封、紧固等操作使其在高压、低压2种负载情况下都能保证气密性以及数据传导的畅通无干扰;另一种方法是利用标准穿舱线代替仪器随机数据线,穿舱线各分线分别连接电极和仪器。结果:利用仪器随机数据线改造成穿舱线的方法对数据线要求比较高,数据线应粗细适中、软硬合适方可满足要求;将标准穿舱线改造成数据线的方法需要特别注意穿舱线的抗干扰。结论:2种穿舱线改造方法都可以满足实验要求。Objective To improve the cables through the high and low pressure chamber so as to collect the physiological data.Methods Three cables underwent two kinds of methods for improvement,of which,one was to ensure the air tightness and data communication by the sealing and fixation of the data line,and the other was to replace the data line by the cable crossing the chamber and then connect the sub-lines with the electrode and instrument.Results The method by transforming the data line into the cable posed high requirements over the data line for its diameter and hardness,and the one by replacing the data line by the cable involved in the anti jamming of the latter.Conclusion The two methods can both meet the desired requirements.
