摘　　要：目的:探讨集团化医院架构的信息化建设。方法:分析延安大学附属医院信息化建设需求,根据信息化建设的实际情况,从网络基础建设、HIS升级改造、集团数据平台建设几个方面入手,提出集团医院信息化建设的新模式。结果:通过实践与探索,利用该模式来实施集团化医院信息化建设切实可行并取得初步成效。结论:集团医院的信息化建设对实现区域内医院资源共享,促进医院发展和为群众提供优质医疗服务具有积极的推动作用。Objective To discuss the informatization of the grouping hospital.Methods With the requirements of the Affiliated Hospital of Yan＇an University analyzed,the informatization solution was discussed from the aspects of the network construction,HIS upgrade and data platform.Results Initial trials proved the feasibility of the solution.Conclusion The informatization of the grouping hospital contributes a lot to the source sharing between the regional hospitals.
