摘　　要：目的:通过基于新版电子病历的移动临床信息系统设计及应用,提高临床工作效率和管理水平。方法:采用无线技术和面向服务的体系结构,通过与业务数据库的数据交换实现了移动临床信息系统的融合应用。结果:改变了医院信息化的应用模式、诊疗业务流程,使医护人员能够在患者床边工作,提高了工作效率。结论:系统的实施为临床工作提供了有力支持,对提高医护工作效率、提升医院管理水平起到了积极作用。Objective To increase the efficiencies of the clinician and administrator through the infusion of new electronic medical record system and mobile information system.Methods Web Service technology system was used to construct a dynamic,controllable and integrated architecture mode.Results The traditional hospital information statistics mode was changed,and the efficiency was enhanced greatly.Conclusion The system integration extends the hospital statistics system,and makes the patient data statistics realistic,convenient,fast and accurate.
