摘　　要：介绍了网上招标采购高效、便捷、公开、无地域限制等优势,同时指出了其存在着技术门槛高、网络数据不安全、评标效率受影响等弊端,最后提出了完善采购方案、优化招标流程、加强网络安全、提高技术手段等改进思路。The network bidding of medical equipment has the advantages of high efficiency,convenience,openness and being free of the limit of region,with the disadvantages of high technical threshold,security risks and low bid evaluation efficiency.Then some countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of improving purchasing scheme,optimizing bidding flow,strengthening network security and so on.
