摘　　要：介绍了医院门诊工作站的业务流程,阐述了系统软件的基本功能,并对门诊工作站应用所带来的效益进行了分析,最后针对存在的问题给出了相应的对策建议,提高了医院的管理水平以及医生的工作效率和服务质量。The hospital outpatient workstation is described from the aspects of system software and so on.The significance and problems of the application of the workstation are discussed,and then some countermeasures are put forward accordingly to enhance the management of the hospital and the efficiency of the doctor.
