摘　　要：世界卫生组织提出出生缺陷的"三级预防"策略,以减少出生缺陷的发生,其中一级预防指的是孕前阶段综合干预预防出生缺陷,二级预防通过孕期筛查和产前诊断早期发现和早期干预胎儿严重的先天缺陷。该文详细描述了孕前和孕期保健的措施,对产后不可忽略的保健问题提出建议。World Health Organization puts forward the tertiary prevention strategies of birth defects in order to reduce its occurrence. Among them, primary prevention refers to comprehensive intervention to prevent the birth defects in the preconception stage. The secondary prevention refers to screening in pregnancy and prenatal diagnosis to early find and intervene the serious fetal birth defects. This article describes the measures of preconception, prenatal and postpartum cares in detail.
