摘 要:在某汽轮机空心导叶的尾缘开设宽度不同的缝隙除湿结构,基于真实水蒸汽的热物理性质,针对单个叶栅流道、叶片内腔和除湿缝隙等区域求解定常三维黏性雷诺平均N-S方程。结果表明:同一喷射流量下,缝隙宽度越大,进入的热蒸汽的品质要求越低,且在叶栅槽道效率越高。在同一个缝隙宽度下,有一个最佳的喷射流量,此时能量损失最小。Moisture removal structures with different width gap were designed at the trailing edge of the hollow vane in a steam turbine. Based on the real steam thermal physical properties, the unsteady three-dimensional viscous Reynolds averaged N-S equation was solved in the regions including the single cascade passage, the blade cavity and the moisture removal slot gap. The results show that at the same jet flow rate, the bigger the slot width is, the required quality of the entering steam is lower, and the higher the cascade channel efficiency is. At the same slot width, there is an optimal jet flow rate, then the energy loss is the minimum.
