摘  要:分析了低压旁路阀门内漏对机组安全性的影响,以等效热降法为基础导出低压旁路压力调节阀及减温水阀门内漏时机组热经济性变化的计算公式,并定量给出蒸汽泄漏对凝汽器真空的影响程度。结合600MW超临界机组的数据进行了实际计算,结果表明低压旁路蒸汽泄漏对机组热经济性影响很大,而减温水内漏时的影响程度极小。The security effect of internal leakage in the low-pressure bypass valve in the reheat unit was studied. Based on the Equivalent Heat Drop Method, the formula for calculating the efficiency variation of the unit was derived during the inside leakage of the regulating valve in the low-pressure bypass and cooling-water valve and then the impact of steam leakage on the condenser vacuum was given quantitatively. Combined with data of the 600MW supercritical unit, it was proved that the steam leakage in the pipe of low-pressure bypass has a bigger effect compared with the tiny one in the moment of cooling water leakage.
