摘　　要：对高温变换炉运行过程中床层压差过高的原因及对安全运行的影响进行了分析。更换床层上部的部分催化剂后,有效解决了这个问题,保障装置能够在较高负荷生产。Analyze the reason and the effcet on safe operation of too high bed pressure differential during operation of high-temperature shift furnace, when the part of catalyst is changed upper the bed, the problem is solved effectively, which makes sure the unit can endure higher load production.
