摘  要:目的:探讨眼镜蛇毒对大鼠下丘脑弓状核(ARC)c-fos和c-jun表达的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、生理盐水组和眼镜蛇毒组,每组9只。采用免疫组织化学方法,观察并比较c-fos和c-jun阳性神经元在上述各组大鼠弓状核中的表达。结果:眼镜蛇毒组大鼠弓状核c-fos和c-jun阳性神经元显著多于正常对照组和生理盐水组(P<0.01),其细胞平均灰度值显著低于正常对照组和生理盐水组(P<0.01)。结论:眼镜蛇毒对大鼠弓状核c-fos和c-jun的表达具有上调作用。Objective : To investigate the effects of naja naja atra ( N. at- ra, Chinese cobra) venom on the expression of c-los and e-jun in arcuate nucleus(ARC) of rats. Methods:SD rats were randomized into groups of normal control, administration of saline or N. atra venom ( n = 9 for each). Immunohistochemistry technique was used to observe the expression of the positive cells c-fos and c-jun in ARC in each group of animals. Results : The number of c-los and c-jun positive cells in the ARC of rats intervened with N. atra venom were significantly higher, whereas the average gray value for was observably lower as compared with those from controls and saline group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: N. atra venom looks to facilitate up-regulation of c-los and c-jun in the ARC of rats.
