摘　　要：2010年起由原国家卫生部牵头开展了国家临床重点专科建设项目工作,并投入大量建设资金,以项目管理模式进行管理。卓越高效的绩效管理是推动专科项目建设的重要保障和有效途径,本文阐述了绩效管理对国家临床重点专科项目建设的重要意义,并对实践中存在的问题和困难进行了剖析,提出相应的思考建议,以期为正在进行的国家临床重点专科项目建设提供参考性的意见。Since 2010, the former state ministry of health led national clinical key specialty construction pro- ject by project management mode, and invested a lot of construction fund. Excellence and effective performance man- agement is an important guarantee and effective way of project construction, this paper expounds what significance of performance management to the national clinical key specialty construction, and to analyze the problems and difficul- ties existed in the practice, some thinking and recommendations are proposed in order to provide the advisory sugges- tions for the project work.
