不同方法服用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10～14周妊娠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不同方法服用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10～14周妊娠的临床效果。方法妊娠10～14周孕妇250例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组于第1天晚上服用米非司酮75mg,12h后再服用米非司酮75mg,间隔2h后阴道塞米索前列醇600μg;对照组按以往常规方法早上服用米非司酮50mg,晚上服用25mg,连续2天,第3天早上口服米索前列醇600μg。结果观察组流产率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组宫缩发动时间少于对照组(p<0.05);两组妊娠物排出时间、阴道流血量无显著性差异(p>0.05);两组阴道流血持续时间及月经复潮时间差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论观察组米非司酮配伍米索前列醇的用药方法可缩短给药时间,缩短宫缩发动时间,提高流产率,是值得推广的药物流产方法。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Mifepristonc combined with Misoprostol by different administration modes on termination of 10 - 14 pregnancy. Methods 250 cases of 10 - 14 pregnancy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients of the observation group were given 75mg Mifepris- tone orally on first night, given 75rag Mifepristone orally after 12h and 600μg Misoprostolwas given to posterior vagi- nal fornix after 14h. While patients of the control group were given 50mg Mifepristone orally on day,given 25mg Mife- pristone orally on night for 2 days and 600μg Misoprostol given orally on third day. Results Compared with the con- trol group,the rate of abortion in the observation group increased significantly（p 〈 0. 05 ）. The time from employing Misoprostol to uterine contraction had different significantly between the observation group and the control group（p 〈 0. 05）. But the difference was not significant on the time of outflowing gestational sac and amount of bleeding in the vaginal between the observation group and the control group （p 〉 0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group, not only the interval days of menstrual onset but also the duration of bleeding in the vaginal in the observation group was no signifi- cant difference （p 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol of the observation group could short- en the time of drug administration and the time from employing Misoprostol to uterine contraction,increasing the rate of abortion. It was worthy of employing widely.
