摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病护理小组开展专科护理服务实践的效果,以期达到糖尿病专科护理水平的目的。方法选择2012年1月～2012年10月到我院治疗的159例糖尿病患者,开展咨询门诊、护理会诊、安全管理督导查房、对护理人员进行糖尿病专科知识与技能培训等专科护理服务的效果。结果患者遵医行为、治疗依从性、专科护理查房质量达标率、护士的糖尿病专科知识与技能掌握优良率有明显提高,前后比较差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论糖尿病护理小组开展专科护理服务,不断提升护理专业内涵和质量,以保障病人安全。Objective Study group for diabetes care in nursing service practice effect, In order to achieve the purpose of diabetes specialist nursing level. Methods In 2012 January - 2012 year in October to the choice of treat- ment in our hospital in 159 patients with diabetes mellitus, consultation clinic, nursing consultation, Safety supervi- sion management rounds, The nursing staff to diabetes specialist knowledge and skills training of nursing service effect. Results Patient obeys the medical behavior, treatment compliance, the quality of nursing rounds compliance rate, nurse diabetes specialist knowledge and skills to master the excellent and good rate is improved obviously, there was significant difference between before and after（p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The diabetes care team to carry out nursing service, and constantly improve nursing professional connotation and quality, to ensure safety of patients.
