摘 要:目的探讨电话回访式护理干预对肾病综合征出院病人遵医行为的影响。方法随机将70例肾病综合征病人分为观察组及对照组,两组病人在住院期间均予常规治疗、护理和健康教育,观察组病人出院后根据具体情况增加电话回访式护理干预,解决患者遇到的各种问题,并在自我调养、预防感染、饮食指导等内容予以指导,观察两组病人的遵医行为及复发情况。结果 1年后对两组病人遵医行为及复发率进行比较,差异有显著意义(p<0.05)。结论电话回访式护理干预解决了肾病综合征患者出院后遇到的各种健康问题,建立了良好的遵医行为,提高自我护理能力,促进康复及减低了复发率,拉近了患者与护士、医院的距离,使医院的服务更具温情及人性化,从而提升医院的形象。Objective to discuss Influence of nursing intervention through telephone following-up on compliance behavior of discharged patients with Nephrotic Syndrome. Methods 70 patients were divided randomly into the observation group and the controlled group,two group patients during hospitalization were given conventional treatment,routine nursing and health education,the observation group patients accepted telephone visit since discharged from hospital according to specific situation,including solving various problem patients encountered,giving guidance on self-care,prevention infection and nutrition,compared the compliance behavior and the recurrence situation of two groups after one year. Results 1 year later,compared compliance behaviors and recurrence rates of two groups of patients,differences are significant(p<0.05). Conclusion Telephone visit nursing intervention can solve various health problems patients encountered after discharging from hospital,establish good compliance behavior,improve self-care,promote healing and reduce the relapse rate,reduce the distance between patient and nurse,hospital,making hospital services more warmth and humanity,so as to enhance the image of the hospital.
