摘 要:进给传动系统的性能对数控机床的跟踪及定位精度、加工表面质量等有着重要的作用。针对某数控雕铣机的进给传动系统,提出了一种分析建模的方法。依据机械动力学原理建立了机床进给传动系统的数学模型,利用Matlab中的Smulink对其动态响应性能进行仿真,然后将线性和非线性仿真曲线进行对比,结果发现非线性因素对传动性能有较大影响。通过仿真结果可对其进给传动性能进行研究,以便对机床的参数进行调整。所得结论为该数控雕铣机进给系统的优化设计提供了理论支持。The performance of the feed drive system has an important effect on CNC machine tools,including the tracking and position accuracy as well as the surface quality of the machined part . The feed drive system of a type of milling machine is in- vestigated in this paper. Then the methods of analysis and modeling are presented. According to principles of mechanical dy-namics, a mathematic model for the feed system is established. Dynamic performance of the system are analyzed by using simu- lation model of Matlab. A comparison between the linear and non-linear simulation curve is presented, and based on these re- suits it is shown that the effect of the non-linearities to the drive system is significant. In this paper the first equivalent dynam-ic model is established, and then considering the nonlinear factors such as clearance and friction effect, the simulation model of machine feed system is established. All the work can provide a research basis for the optimum design of the feed drive sys-tem of the CNC engraving and milling machine.
