液体静压导轨在龙门移动式加工中心的应用

摘　　要：针对重型数控龙门加工中心龙门移动的特性要求,分析了静压导轨的特性,确定该加工中心X轴导轨结构方案,采用恒流闭式静压导轨的结构形式并在此基础上对液体静压导轨进行了设计计算,确定导轨间隙和流量,选择了油泵及电机。经测试检验和实际应用,设计的导轨完全满足精度和性能参数要求。Aiming at the characteristics for heavy-duty CNC gantry moving type machining center, the characteristics of hy-drostatic guideway are analyzed, The structure scheme of X-axis guideway of the machining center is confirmed, constant flow closed hydrostatic guideway structure is adopted and based on that, detailed design and calculation are conducted to determine guide clearance and rate of flow, the pump and motor are selected. Through test and application, the designed guideway can meet the requirements of accuracy and functional parameters perfectly.
