摘　　要：合像水平仪是一种测量小角度的精密量仪,主要用来测量平面对水平面或竖直面的位置偏差,是机械设备安装、调试和精度检验的常用量仪之一。主要介绍了合像水平仪的测量原理,阐述了其对导轨直线度误差的测量方法及用图解法对测量数据的处理方法。该测量方法可应用于实际生产且简便易行,具有较强的推广应用价值。The composite image gradienter is a precision instrument for measuring small angle, which is mainly to measure po-sition deviation of plane to level plane or plane to vertical plane. It＇s commonly used in equipment installation, debugging and precision measurement. In this article, the measuring principle of composite image gradienter is mainly introduced, the meas-urement to guide straightness error and the graphic method to deal with the measurement data are expounded. This method can be applied to the actual production and convenient, which has strong application value.
