摘 要:根据填料内动密封和离心液环内动密封两种旋转床内动密封结构,建立超重力旋转床内动密封漏气模型。对理想物系进行全回流精馏,推导出塔内理论板数下降百分率公式,塔内理论板数下降百分率随着漏气率的增大而增大。对于低浓度气体吸收,气相总传质单元数下降百分率随漏气率的增大而增大,推导出气相总传质单元数下降百分率公式,这表明旋转床内动密封的可靠性直接影响旋转床的传质性能。The model of gas leakage of internal dynamic seal system was established based on two types of inter- nal dynamic seal: packing seal and centrifugal liquid ring seal. The formula of theoretical plate number decrease per- centage was inferred by total -reflux distillation with ideal mixed system. The theoretical plate number decrease per- centage was increased with the increases of the gas leakage rate. For low concentration gas absorption, the number of gas transfer units (NOG) decrease percentage increased with the increases of the gas leakage rate. The formula of NOG decrease percentage was also inferred, which meaned the reliability of inner dynamic seal had a direct impact on mass transfer performance in RPB.
