英国社区照顾模式的当代中国解读——基于社区儿童照顾的视角

摘　　要：社区在儿童照顾和教育工作方面存在缺失,使得社区儿童照顾方面专业儿童照顾人员缺乏、社区儿童教育功能重视不足、社区对儿童闲暇时间的照顾服务基本处于空白等问题凸显,开展社区儿童照顾已经成为共识。基于此,运用社区工作及社区照顾模式相关理论,建议在人员招募、培养社区领袖、联系社区机构、组建社区照顾互助网络等方面做好组织安排,并可建立社区学堂、设立社区书屋、开展社区讲座、设立儿童活动室、开展室外文体娱乐活动等,以促进社区儿童身心健康发展。The problem of lack of community care and education for children is prominent as result of lack of professional personnel, neglecting of the function of community education for children, and none community care on children＇s leisure time. Developing commu- nity care for children has become a consensus. The thesis usese related theory of community work and community care modes to analy- sis the necessity and feasibility of community care for children by making well arrangement on personnel recruitment, training community leaders, contacting community institutions ,setting up community care network and so on, with the purpose to work out the feasible spe- cific service scheme of community care for children.
