摘　　要：基于地域性建筑理论,从建设内容、形式表征、功能空间、材料细部、建筑现状与历史贡献六方面入手,对厦门市集美学村1910-1920年代之南洋风格的"嘉庚建筑"进行系统的分析与梳理,研究其与闽南地域自然条件、闽南传统建筑文化、闽南地方建筑技艺的适应性关系,揭示其在传统建筑近代转型中的重要作用及对当代地域性建筑创作的启迪作用。Based on the theory of holistic regionalism, ＂Jiageng Builing with Malay Archipelago Style＂ during 1910 - 1920~ in Jimei School Village are studied in terms of construction contents, exterior facade, interior space, material details, current situation and historical contributions. The adaptability to the local natural conditions, traditional architectural culture and skills are discussed to reveal its importance in modern transformation of traditional architecture and its enlightenment on the creation of contemporary regional architecture.
