摘 要:奥氏体不锈钢与低合金耐热钢的焊接广泛应用于电站锅炉。为了研究高温时效对异质接头碳扩散以及组织的影响,模拟异质接头的工作环境,对异质接头进行500℃、不同时间的时效处理,观察熔合线两侧成分和组织的变化。结果表明,随着时效时间的增加,碳扩散的总量增加,母材热影响区贝氏体退化,转变成铁素体和索氏体,降低了接头的力学性能和使用寿命。The welding of austenitic stainless steel with low alloy heat-resistant steel is widely used in the power station boiler. In order to research the influence of high-temperature aging on carbon diffusion of dissimilar joints and microstruclure, it simulated the work environment of dissimilar jointers, after the aging treatment for the dissimilar joint at 500 ℃ at different time, along with observing the changes of the composition and the microstructure on both sides of the fusion zone, the resuh showed that with aging time increasing, the total quantity of carhon diffusion increase, the bainite in base metal degenerate and transform into fen'ire and sorbite, whieh reduce the mechanical properties and service life of joint.
