摘  要:针对高钢级感应加热弯管,对其整体淬火工艺之后的性能进行了研究,并与局部淬火后的焊缝冲击韧性进行了详细对比,指出了整体淬火工艺的优越性,进一步明确了回火工艺的最佳工艺区间,并对X80钢级感应加热弯管的生产提出了建议。试验结果表明,与局部回火工艺相比,淬火+回火工艺可以有效提高直管段焊缝的冲击韧性,减小直管段与弯曲段的性能差异,对于X80钢级弯管的淬火+回火工艺来说,最佳工艺区间为550~600℃。Aiming at high grade induction heating bend, it studied the properties after tile whole quenching process, detailedly compared the properties with the impact toughness of weld after section part quenching, and put forward the advantage of the whole quenching process. It also further defined the optimal process range in tempering prneess, and gave some opinions and suggestions for X80 grade induction heating bend production. The test results showed thai compared with the section part tempering process, the quenching+tempering process can effectively improve the toughness of weld in straight pipe set@m, and reduce the perfommnce difference between straight pipe and bend. For quenching+tempering process of X80 grade bend, the optimal process range is 550-600 ℃.
