摘　　要：目的探讨上颌窦提升同期xive种植体植入围手术期护理及手术配合。方法通过对18例(24颗牙缺失)患者进行上颌窦提升同期xive种植体植入手术,术前做好器械消毒准备、患者的心理护理、术中密切配合医生、术后指导患者。结果 18例患者(24颗)随访6个月至3年,均形成良好的骨结合。结论正确的围手术期护理及手术配合是上颌窦提升同期人工种植牙获得种植成功的重要保障。Objective To evaluate the maxillary sinus in the contemporary xive inplants ascension＇s periopera- tive care and co - operation. Methods： through 18 cases （24 tooth loss） patients with the same period of the maxil- lary sinus ascension xive plant body implant surgery, preoperative preparation, patients do equipment disinfection of psychological nursing, intraoperative and postoperative guidance closely cooperate with the doctor patient. Re- suits 18 patients （24 star） were followed up for 6 months to 3 years, all formed a good bone union. Conclusion Proper perioperative care and with the maxillary sinus surgery is the same period ascension artificial planting for the success of olanting teeth imoortant guarantee.
