摘　　要：目的了解都江堰市"5.12"大地震灾区重建乡镇卫生院医院感染管理状况,为提出预防控制措施提供参考。方法采取问卷调查、现场查看、面对面访谈、资料查询的方法,对13所地震后重建乡镇卫生院的院感管理现状进行调查。结果结果显示13家灾区重建乡镇卫生院的医院感染管理三级组织健全的只有30.8%,院感知识培训、院感自查、院感会议等管理活动开展率为38.5%～61.5%,院感监测开展不足1/3,传染病预检分诊开展率为30.8%,1/3以上的重点科室消毒隔离、物品管理、手卫生设施不到位,消毒灭菌质量监测开展率平均不足50%,53.8%的机构能提供合格个人防护用品,但仅30.8%的机构员工能正确穿戴。结论都江堰市"5.12"大地震灾区重建乡镇卫生院医院感染管理组织不健全,院感防控存在薄弱环节。Abstract Objective To understand the situation of hospital infection in rebuilt township hospitals in disaster are- as in DujiangYan city after ＇5 ~ 12＇ Wenchuan earthquake, so that to provide reference for the prevention and control of hospital infection. Methods The situation of hospital infection management in 13 rebuilt health clin- ics was investigated by means of questionnaire survey, site view, face to face interview and data inquiry. Re- suits In total 13 rebuilt health clinics, only 30. 8% had perfect hospital infection managing mechanism; 38.5% - 61.5% carried out management activities such as training, self - check, conference, etc ; less than 1/3 of the clinics conducted monitoring on hospital infection; and 30. 8% ran triage system of communicable diseases; over 1/3 critical departments were not in place in disinfection and isolation, articles management and hand hygiene facilities. Less than 50% surveilled disinfecting quality; 53.8% provided eligible personnel pro- tective equipment, and only 30. 8 % of the crew could put on properly. Conclusion The organization and man- agement of hospital infection in rebuilt township clinics of Dujiangyan are to be enhanced.
