自制磁疗夹治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自制磁疗夹治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床应用价值。方法将84例耳廓假性囊肿患者随机分为A、B两组,穿刺抽液后A组采用自制磁疗夹治疗,B组采用95%乙醇与利多卡因联合腔内注射治疗,观察A、B两组的临床疗效。结果 A组治愈率为100.0%,B组治愈率为92.9%;两组疗效无统计学差异。结论自制磁疗夹治疗耳廓假性囊肿疗程短、无痛苦、费用低、操作简单、安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the value of clinical application of self-made magnetic therapeutic clips for auricle pseudocyst. Methods 84 cases with auricle pseudocyst were randomly divided into 2 groups： magnetic therapy group and control group; after drain- age, patients in magnetic therapy group were treated with self-made magnetic clips while intrapleural injection of 95% alcohol plus lidocaine was made to patients in control group; observation of the clinical curative effect in both groups was made. Results The cure rate was 100% in magnetic therapy group and 92.9% in control group, there existed no statistic difference in curative effect between the 2 groups. Conclusions The self-made magnetic therapeutic clips have such advantages as short course, no pain, less expenses, easy operation, safety and reliability, it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
