摘 要:目前生产中楸树多采用木质部带芽嫁接法繁育,为了解不同规格砧木、接穗及嫁接方位对楸树嫁接苗木生长的影响,该试验以豫楸1号为对象开展嫁接试验。结果表明:不同规格砧木和不同位置的接穗对嫁接苗的生长量均有显著影响,即大砧木(地径≥1.8cm)的苗木生长量与中小砧木(≤1.8cm)间差异达极显著,枝条基部芽作为接穗培育的嫁接苗其生长量与中部和顶部芽其生长量间差异也极显著,而不同嫁接方位间的影响不显著。因此,建议楸树生产中带木质部芽接时砧木地径应≥1.8cm,接穗在枝条基部选取,而嫁接方位可不予考虑。At present Chinese catalpa tree breeding methods commonly used in belt xylem grafting, in order to research the root stock and scion and grafting azimuth three kinds of factors on the graft seedlings after increment of effects, with annual ca- talpa ovata for stock, and made Chinese catalpa annual branches for the scion, in the experimental group repeated test. The ex- perimental results show that: in the belt xylem grafting process, the choice of the scion and stock for grafting growth signifi- cantly influence, and grafting bearing on grafting after seedling growth was not significant influence. Among them, the selec- tive diameter 1.8 cm above the big stock formation of grafting increment and 1.8 cm below the very significant difference; Choose as a scion branches base bud formation of grafting and central branches and top bud difference was significant. There- fore, in the grafting process should be optionally diameter 1.8 cm above the big stock, and select the branch base bud as a scion, and the influence of graft bearing can not be considered.
