摘　　要：铁路运输企业路外伤亡诉讼案件的妥善解决,是关系铁路运输安全畅通的重要因素。通过对铁路运输企业路外伤亡诉讼案件解决方案情况的调查,分析当前法律、司法体制及时代背景,总结铁路运输企业处理路外伤亡案件面临的问题,提出强化证据意识、快速处理、调诉衔接、事故防范、加快法律适用研究等方面的建议。To properly resolve lawsuit cases of personal casualty out-of-railway man about railway transport enterprises is an important factor to effectively guarantee the safety of railway transport. Through investigation and thinking on lawsuits of personal casualty out-of-railway man, analysis of the current laws, judicial system and time background, summed up the problems of handling cases of personal casualty out-of-railway man, the article puts forward suggestions, such as improved evidence consciousness, rapid processing, strengthen the mediation, accident prevention, speeded up the legal advice for research, etc.
