摘 要:铝合金压铸模普遍采用4Cr5MoSiV1类钢制造。影响压铸模使用寿命的因素主要有原材料质量和制造工艺,特别是锻造和热处理工艺。在原材料方面,优化钢的成分、提高纯净度、减少偏析和夹杂物以及改善碳化物分布均匀性;在制造工艺方面,充分锻造、细化组织、采用合理的淬火回火工艺和渗氮或喷丸等表面处理,均能有效延长4Cr5MoSiV1类钢铝合金压铸模的使用寿命。The die-casting die for aluminum alloy is commonly made of 4Cr5MoSiV1 type of steels. The factors affecting the service life of die-casting die are mainly the raw material quality and the manufacturing practices, particularly the forging and the heat treating processes. The service life of die-casting die made of 4Cr5MoSiV1 type of steels can be substantially prolonged by the ways which include composition optimization, increase in purity, decrease in segregation and inclusion, improvement on carbide distribution uniformity with regard to the raw material, and forging to sufficient degree, refining microstructure, adoption of suitable hardening and tempering processes as well as surface treating such as nitriding or peening, etc. with respect to the manufacturing practices.
