摘 要:鉴于与盐浴淬火加热相比,真空淬火加热具有不污染环境、工件无氧化、无脱碳、畸变小等优点,对轧制的W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢直柄麻花钻进行了真空淬火加热试验。结果表明,钻头的显微组织、硬度和红硬性与盐浴淬火加热的钻头相当,但切削性能因贫碳而稍差。提出了防止钻头在真空加热时贫碳、脱碳等的改进措施。Trial vacuum heating for austenitizing rolled straight twist drills of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel was performed in view of advantages such as no impact to environment, ability to achieve decarburization-free , oxidation-free and small-distortion workpiece and so on relative to the heating in salt bath for austenitizing. As a result, the microstructure, hardness and red hardness of the drills are corresponding to those of the drills heated in salt bath for austenitizing, but the cutting ability is slightly poorer due to partial decarburization. The measures to increase the cutting ability of the drills were put forward, such as prevention of the drills from decarburization or depletion of carbon during vacuum heating for austenitizing, etc.
