摘  要:3Cr2W8V钢制铝合金压铸模经1110℃油淬、720~750℃回火(预备热处理),1090℃奥氏体化、270℃等温淬火和610℃回火2次,使其硬度由27 HRC提高到34~35 HRC,再经盐浴渗氮后,其使用寿命可从压铸10 000件提高到57 000件。如将盐浴渗氮改为盐浴S-N-C共渗并在使用中间进行除应力处理,可使模具寿命达到8~11万件。此外还介绍了H13钢压铸模的热处理工艺。After prior heat treatment consisting of heating to 1100 ℃and oil quenching and tempering at 720 to 750 ℃ ,the die-casting die of 3Cr2W8V steel for aluminum alloy was austenitized at 1090 ℃ and martempered at 270 ℃ ,and subsequently tempered at 610℃ for two times,so as to increase its hardness from 27 to 34 to 35 HRC apart from being further liquid nitrided. As a result, the service life of the die would be increased from die-casting 10 000 pieces of part to die-casting 57 000 pieces of part. If liquid sulphonitrocarburizing instead of the liquid nitriding is used and stress relieving is done in service, the die-casting life of the die will reach 80 000 to 110 000 pieces of part. Furthermore, the heat treatment process of H13 steel die-casting die was introduced.
