摘  要:鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂新烧作业区通过采取改造烧结机密封盖板、增加风箱等措施,降低了烧结机漏风率,单台烧结机有效面积增加了4.2 m2,烧结机台时产量提高了11.3 t/h,固体燃耗降低了3 kg/t,烧结年创经济效益1 000余万元,满足了高炉生产需要。Some measures such as modifying the sealing cover of the sintering machine and installing the wind box to the sintering machine in new sintering workshop of General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. are taken and as a result the leakage rate of the sintering machine is decreased while the effective sintering area of individual sintering machines is increased by 4.2 m2 the production capacity of the sintering machine per hour is increased by 11.3 t and the consump- tion of solid fuel is decreased by 3 kg/t, all of which can meet the requirements of iron-making by blast furnace. Based on guess and estimate the economic benefits with more than 10 million Yuan can be achieved annually after upgrading the sintering machine.
