摘　　要：阐述了时间同步系统在山西省电网内的现状以及建设统一授时系统的必要性和意义。分析了时间同步网的组成、同步方式以及不同时钟源的关系,提出了采用国际通用时间格式码校时方式和精确网络对时技术分层次组建变电站内部授时系统和省级电网授时系统的方案。This article states the present situation of time synchronization system in Shanxi electric power grid and the necessity and significance of building a unified timing system. It also analyzes the composition of the time synchronization system, its method and the relations between different clock sources. Finally, it proposes the scheme to use universal time format codes and precision time protocol to hierarchically build the timing system both within the substations and the provincial electric power grid.
