摘　　要：目的建立测定安神胶囊中酸枣仁皂苷A含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Capcell pak mg C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(40∶60),检测器为蒸发光检测器,流速为0.6 mL/min,进样量为10μL,柱温为30℃。结果酸枣仁皂苷A进样量在0.415 6～4.156 0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.998 4),平均加样回收率为98.81%,RSD=2.02%。结论该法简便快捷、结果准确、重复性好,可用于安神胶囊的质量控制。Objective To determine the content of Jujuboside A in Anshen Capsules by HPLC- ELSD. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on Capcell Pak MG C18 column by the evaporative light-scattering detector（ELSD）. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water（40 ： 60） and the flow rate was 0.6 mL/min,the sample size was 10 μL and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range for jujuboside A was 0.415 6-4. 156 0 μg（ r=0. 998 4）. The average recovery rate was 98.81% （RSD = 2. 02% ）. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Anshen Capsules.
