浅析管桩废浆回收在加气混凝土中的应用

摘　　要：通过对管桩废浆的有效组分及含量进行分析，设计出一种简单、易操作的废浆密度调配和流动度控制方案。经对比试验发现，管桩废浆代替部分原料掺入加气混凝土中，对提高加气混凝土浇注稳定性、缩短生产周期及保障产品强度都产生了积极的影响。A new method for adjusting the mixing proportion of discard slurry and controlling its fluidity is designed by determining components and contents of the discard slurry. The contrast experiment was carried out by adding the discard slurry instead of material partly with aerated concrete. The results show that the stability of aerated concrete is improved, the production cycle is shorter and the product strength is better after adding the discard slurry.
