摘 要:焦化废水中高浓度氨氮和酚等物质对微生物有严重的抑制作用,同时废水中存在一些难以生物降解的杂环和稠环化合物,使得生物处理的效果不好。针对这一问题,利用高效的BP微生物对焦化废水进行处理,探讨了不同的前处理工艺、菌种投加量及反应时间等对污染物去除率的影响,确定厌氧加BP微生物处理工艺效果较好。实验结果表明:当菌种投加量为50 mL,反应时间为12 h时,BP-H菌对焦化废水的总氮、BOD、COD的去除效果较好,去除率分别为48.6%、91.8%、42.2%。The coking wastewater contains other toxic substances, and its treatment is a large amount of phenol, cyanide, oil and ammonia and difficult and of high-cost. The high concentration of ammo- nia nitrogen and phenol substances have severe inhibition of microorganisms. What' s more, some nonbiodegradable heterocyclic and fused ring compounds in the system make some microorganisms in- effective. In this paper, study on the treatment of coking wastewater by efficient BP microbial system was carried out. The effects of several parameters on pollutant removal were investigated, including pre-treatment method, bacteria dosage and reaction time. The results indicated that under the premise of anaerobic treatment, the bacteria dosage of 50 mL, reaction time of 12 h, BP-H microorganism have a preferable removal efficiency of TN, BOD and COD from coking wastewater, and the best re- moval rate were 48.6%, 91.8%, 42.2% respectively.
