土家药治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察土家药结合西医外治单纯疱疹性角膜炎(HSK)的临床疗效。方法:将70例(85眼)本病患者随机分为治疗组40例(50眼)和对照组30例(35眼)。治疗组采用西医常规治疗结合内服土家药。对照组单纯西医常规治疗。结果:治疗8周后,治疗组治愈率为84.0%,对照组治愈率为42.8%,两组比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:土家药结合西医外治单纯疱疹性角膜炎可明显提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tujia minority medicine on herpes simplex keratitis（HSK）. Methods： 75 cases （85 eyes） of patients with HSK were divided in to treatment group（n=40, 50 eyes） and control group（n=30, 35 eyes） randomly. Patient in the treatment group were treated with routine western medicine as well as Tujia minority medicine, and those in the control group were given routine western medicine. Results： After treatment for 8 weeks, the curative rate of the treatment group was 84.0%, and that of the control group was 42.8%; the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P4）.05）. Conclusion： Tujia Minority Medicine can improve the clinical effect on herpes simplex keratitis.
