不同剂量生附子煎煮要点探析

摘　　要：目的:总结我院生附子煎煮方法,为临床合理煎煮生附子提供经验。方法:采用回顾性分析方法对我院近两年生附子煎煮后在住院患者中使用情况进行分析。结果:近两年住院患者共使用生附子364.2 kg,平均每月使用生附子15.1 kg,不同剂量要求的煎煮时间不同,煎煮时间均要求2 h以上。结论:近两年我院住院患者使用生附子未出现过中度中毒反应,反映我院煎煮及使用生附子有一定临床经验。Objective： To summarize the decoction methods of Raw Aconite in our hospital, in order to offer experience for the decoction of Raw Aconite. Methods： A retrospective analyse was used for the condition of the patients that use Raw Aconite in the last two years. Results： The total dosage of Raw Aconite for inpatients was 364.2 kg in the last two years, 15.1 kg per month; the dosage determines the decoction time, all of which need to be longer than 2 hours. Conclusion： There were no moderate intoxication in the use of Raw Aconite for inpatients in the last two years, which indicates that our hospital have some clinical experience in decoction of Raw Aconite.
