摘  要:目的:通过对神经内科患者满意度进行调查,了解优质护理服务工作的落实情况及患者对实施优质护理后的满意度,为稳步推进病区工作、提高护理质量提供实证依据。方法:选取我院我科开展优质护理服务后100例患者,采用自制满意度调查表对患者的满意度进行调查。结果:患者对护士优质护理的了解、对业务精湛及责任感、给予关爱与沟通、工作态度、服务态度、药物讲解及功能锻炼指导6个维度的满意度均在95%以上;对病区环境设施、护士对患者的健康教育、对护士的生活照顾、对病区护士长的管理4个维度的满意度在80%~90%。结论:优质护理服务的实施可有效提高护理质量,提高患者的满意度,同时也能提高护士的自我价值感。Objective :Through investigating the satisfaction of patients in the department of internal neurology to understand the high - quality nursing serv- ice work and patients' satisfaction on the implementation of high - quality nursing,in order to steadily promote the department work, to provide an empirical basis to improve the quality of nursing. Methods:The questionnaire survey which designed by the researcher herself was conducted for 100 patients in the ward. Results:The patients to understand the nurses, nursing quality of business skills and sense of responsibility, give love and communication, work atti- tude,service attitude,medical explanation and functional exercise guidance 6 dimensions of satisfaction was above 95%. The satisfaction on the ward envi- ronment facilities,nurses in the health education for patients,the nurses to take care of life and management of head nurse in 80% - 90%. Conclusion. High -quality nursing service can effectively improve the quality of care,increase patient satisfaction and improve the nurses' sense of self value.
