立式磨水泥终粉磨系统水泥颗粒特征研究

摘  要:用罗辛-拉姆勒-本尼特(RRB)表达式和激光粒度仪测试和分析了立式磨作为水泥终粉磨系统所生产水泥的粒度分布情况,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了其颗粒形貌。研究结果显示:1)立式磨水泥终粉磨系统生产的水泥颗粒中3-30μm活性颗粒占绝大多数,符合一般的水泥颗粒分布规律;2)立式磨水泥终粉磨系统与立式磨和球磨机联合粉磨系统相比,两种水泥的颗粒形状没有显著的差异,均为不规则的多角状颗粒,绝大多数颗粒上没有裂纹。实际生产证明,由立式磨终粉磨系统生产的水泥,其各项性能指标均在合理的范围内。The particle size distribution of cement made by vertical roller miU as the final cement grinding process was tested and analyzed with Rosin--Rammlar--13ennet (RRB) expression and laser particle size analyzer. The surface morphology and the surface condition of cement particles were observed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) . The results show that the active particles (3-30μm) account for the large proportion of the cement made by vertical roller mill as the final cement grinding process, which compliances the general rule of particle size distribution in ordinary cement. The difference of surface morphology and surface condition of cement particles made by vertical roller mill as the final cement grinding process and made by the united process of vertical roller mill and ball mill is not obvious, and the most of particles are irregular and multiangular, and there are no cracks on most particles. The practical production proves that the properties of cement made by vertical roller mill as the final cement grinding process are all in the reasonable range.
