摘  要:控制冷却技术已经在生产中得到了广泛的应用,该技术降低了合金元素含量,提高了产品性能。控冷设备是通过喷嘴对轧件进行冷却的,不同的喷嘴结构对轧件冷却的效果是不同的。通过实验对两种喷嘴冷却温度精度进行了对比,收缩形喷嘴换热效果更好,温度控制精度更高。并通过数值模拟对圆柱形喷嘴和收缩形喷嘴进行了流场分析,得到了各自的不同特点和冷却规律。从而为控冷设备喷嘴设计提供了理论依据。Controlled cooling has been widely used in industry, the technology not only reduced alloying elements content, but also improved product property. The rolled piece is cooled by nozzle of the controlled cooling equipment, so the heat transfer effect of water on rolled piece is different due to different nozzle structure. The two nozzle's accuracy of cooling temperature were compared by experiment, the shrink nozzle holds better effect of heat transfer and higher precise. And the flow field of round nozzle and shrink nozzle is analyzed by the numerical simulation, the condition and cooling rule are obtained and certified by experiment. Thus it provides the theoretical basis for nozzle design of controlled cooling equipment.
