摘　　要：渝东南民族地区由于特殊的地理位置和历史文化传统,其在城镇一体化进程中农民权益的法制保障也具有特殊的理论与实践价值。针对该民族地区城镇化进程中农民权益法制建设、司法资源、法律保护意识及农民维权成本等方面的问题,应立足于该民族地区城镇化建设进程中农民权益法制保障的实际情况,应有系统、有步骤、多方面地采取切实有效的措施予以完善,以加快该民族地区全面小康社会与和谐社会的建成。The minority area in Southeast Chongqing is special in both geographical position and historical and cultural tradition,so the legal guarantee for farmers' rights and interest in urbanizing this area has special theoretical and practical value.Legal problems in the urbanization of this area should be solved systematically,gradually and multi-sidedly on the basis of the actual situation of legal guarantee for the farmers' rights and interests so as to speed up the construction of a harmonious and well-off society in this area.
