摘  要:将纳米ATO(纳米锑掺杂二氧化锡)直接加到聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)铸膜液中,利用溶胶—凝胶原位共混法制备了PVDF/ATO杂化膜,并对杂化膜的纯水通量、BSA截留率、润湿性和耐污染性等性能进行了表征。结果表明,随着纳米ATO含量的增加,膜通量不断上升,当ATO含量为8%时,膜通量达到最大值317.6 L.m-2h-1,比没加ATO的膜通量提高了50%;膜的BSA截留率也明显提高,当ATO的含量为6%时,膜对BSA的截留率达到最高值93.3%,比没加ATO的膜的BSA截留率提高了30%;膜的润湿性和耐污染性均有明显改善。Nono - ATO ( nonometer antimony tin oxide) was added directly to the casting solution of poly ( vinylidene fluoride) ( PVDF ). PVDF/ATO hybrid membrane was prepared by using sol - gel method. The performance of the hybrid membrane was investigated by water flux, BSA retention, wetting, anti - fouling et al. The results indicated that flux of membranes increased constantly with the content of non -ATO. Maximum flux of membranes which was 317.6 L· m-2h-1 was increased 50% compared with the flux of membranes without ATO when the content of non - ATO was 8%. BSA retention of membranes also increased significantly. Maximum BSA retention of membranes which was 93.3% increased by 30% compared with the flux of membranes without ATO when the content of non - ATO was 6%. Wetting and antifouling of membranes were also improved.
