摘  要:提出了一种简便光度法测定8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(8HQS)酸性电离常数的新方法。采集不同pH值条件下8HQS的光谱数据组成测量矩阵,通过奇异值分解和渐进因子分析对数据矩阵进行分析,确定混合体系中的组分数。采用多元曲线分辨-交替最小二乘分辨出8HQS在pH1.32~11.74水溶液中3种形态的浓度变化曲线及各组分的纯光谱,并测得各级酸性电离常数分别为pKa1=3.79、pKa2=8.22。A new simple method was developed to determine acid ionization constants of 8 - hydroxyquinoline - 5 - sulfonic acid (8 HQS)using speetrophotometry. Spectrum data of 8 HQS were collected at different pH and arranged in a data matrix. The number of components was calculated using singular value decomposition and evolving factor analysis in the complex system. The concentration profiles and the pure spectrum of three species in solution at pH 1.32 - 11.74 were gained through multivariate curve resolution - alternating least squares constrained optimization. The determined acid ionization constants of 8HQS were pKa1 = 3.79, pKa2 = 8.22.
