摘　　要：珠海歌剧院主体结构中径向杆件为弧形构件,环向杆件为弯扭构件。弧形构件和弯扭构件的加工制作质量、尺寸精度等要求高,珠海歌剧院工程弯扭构件制作采用先进的无模成型技术,根据构件的制作总结制作技术经验,提出了弯扭构件及弧形构件加工制作难点和关键技术要点,并总结了弯扭构件的制作技术。所采用的技术对相同或相似的工程有一定的借鉴和参考价值,特别是焊接程序有较大的现实意义。The steel memhers at radial direction for Zhuhai Opera House main structure is arc-shaped members and crankled members at circular direction. The requirements on production quality,dimensional precision,etc, are quite high. The paper puts forward the production critics and difficuhies for producing the crankled members and arc-shaped members and concluded the production technique for crankled members according to the non-molding technique used for producing the crankled members and the production experiences gathered during production process. In this paper, the technologies that are adopted for the same or similar engineering has certain reference and reference value,especially the welding procedure has great practical significance.
