摘　　要：中国与菲律宾都是多民族多语言的国家,同样面临着国内语言多元化以及国际语言冲击的格局,在近代都致力于语言政策和语言规划的改革与发展。在中国与东盟关系持续发展的背景下,研究菲律宾语言政策和语言规划对我国语言政策、语言规划的改革与发展具有积极的意义。As multi-ethnic and multi-language countries, both China and the Philippines are faced with the same situation just like the diversity of domestic languages and the impact of international languages. Both countries are committed to the reform and development of language policy and planning in modern times. Under the background of the lasting development of China-ASEAN relationship, research on the language policy and planning of the Philippines has a positive significance to the reform and development of language policy and planning in China.
