专病疗养措施——太极拳联合矿泉浴对高血压疗养员康复效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究本科室采用的高血压专病疗养措施——太极拳联合温泉浴对高血压疗养员的降压康复效果。方法将104例患有高血压病的军队退休疗养员随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组患者在原有降压药物基础之上,合理加用太极拳和兴城矿泉浴疗法,对照组患者仅继续原有的降压药物治疗。通过两组治疗前后血压对比,设定评价标准,采用SPSS11.5进行统计学分析。结果干预组治疗前后收缩压、舒张压比较差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.001),对照组治疗前后收缩压、舒张压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组和对照组治疗前后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组明显优于对照组。结论我科采用太极拳联合温泉浴作为高血压病疗养员的专病疗养措施,降压效果显著,值得推广。Objective To study the depressurization rehabilitation effect of special hypertension rehabilitation measure on convalescents with hypertension at our department which is shadowboxing combined with mineral bath.Methods 104 retired military convalescents with hypertension were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group were given rea- sonable shadowboxing and Xingcheng mineral bath besides antihypertensive drugs, while the control group were given conventional anti- hypertensive drugs. Blood pressure of the two groups before and after treatment was compared and statistically analyzed by means of SPSS 11.5. Results The differences of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure before and after treatment in the intervention group were of high statistical significance（P 〈 0.001）.The differences of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure before and after treatment in the control group were of statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.The differences of total effective rates before and after treatment between the inter- vention group and the control group were of statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.The intervention group was clearly superior to the control group.Conclusion Shadowboxing combined with mineral bath has been adopted as a special rehabilitation measure at our department to treat convalescents with hypertension, and achieved remarkable depressurization effect, which is worth promoting
