摘　　要：目的探讨土豆切片外敷在抽血外渗治疗中的优越性。方法将87例健康体检抽血外渗病人随机分成实验组44例和对照组各43例,实验组用土豆片外敷,对照组湿热敷,对其显效率,显效时间,更换次数以及病人的满意度指标进行比较。结果两组总有效率、显效时间、更换次数比较差异有统计学意义。结论抽血外渗后使用土豆切片外敷较温水湿热敷能在更短的时间内解除局部肿胀并能有效缓解疼痛,使用方便,显效快,病人满意度高。Objective To probe into the advantage of external application of potato slices in treating blood drawing extravasation. Methods 87 cases with blood extravasation in health examination were randomly divided into the experimental group of 44 cases and the control group of 43 cases.The experimental group were given external application of potato slices,while the control group were given humid heat compression.The efficiency rate, efficiency time, times of replacement, and patient satisfaction index were compared between the two groups.Results The differences of total effective rates, efficiency time, and times of replacement between the two groups were of statistical significance.Conclusion External application of potato slices to blood drawing extravasation can relieve local swelling and alleviate pain effectively in a shorter period of time than humid heat compression, which is convenient, effective, and satisfactory.
