摘 要:文章基于2006—2010年中国25个省市的面板数据,从创新两阶段的维度着手,比较研究国内七大区域风险投资对其高新技术产业技术创新的影响差异。实证结果显示,华北地区风险投资对当地高新技术产业技术创新水平的促进作用最强,华东地区紧随其后,而华中、华南、西南三地区相差甚微。文章还运用空间计量方法探讨某地区风险投资对邻近区域高新技术产业技术创新水平的扩散效应,研究发现我国风险投资还能够通过作用于专利拥有数量间接对邻近区域高新技术产业的技术创新产生外溢效应。Based on the panel dates of 25 provinces and cities of China from 2006 to 2010, this paper mainly analyses the difference of the effect that seven area venture capital makes on the technological innovation of the high-tech industry from the dimension of innovation 2-stage. The empirical result shows that the im- pact of venture capital on the technological innovation of high-tech industry in north China is the largest, followed by the eastern region, while the effect is no difference between the central region, southern and southwest region. In addition, this paper also studies the spillover effect of the venture capital of some re- gion on the high-tech industry of other regions with spatial econometrics; the empirical result shows that the venture capital makes indirect spillover effect by the number of the patent between adjacent areas.
